Mr. Hearst is the owner & operator of Hearst Home Protection Training Academy/ Hearst Home Protection LLC. HHP training academy was created to fill the gap between a cultural barrier and an undiscriminated professional acceptance. HHP creates a family felt atmosphere of trust and accountability when providing training. Our inspiration thrives from the heart of our community where the proud refuse to visit. We are not looking for the perfect candidates with only some form of law enforcement experience but those who have seemed to be forgotten about in our communities. We all have families and they all deserve to be protected the same.

I am a husband, a father, a mentor, a GOD fearing family man, a Certified NRA Firearm Instructor and a LTC (License to Carry) Instructor. I am from the small city of Seat Pleasant Maryland and have been breaking generational curses since day one. I have over 10 years experience in the security field, law enforcement, corrections, and I am founder to a nonprofit organization titled “The Way Out Brotherhood”.
